CTL Rubber Tracks

Track loaders represent a family of vehicles used in a wide range of construction and engineering work. These machines are regarded as jack of all trades, as they are able to assist nearly every task on a job site. While some argue that certain vehicles, such as wheel loaders, bulldozers and excavator may in fact do a better job for specific purposes, it’s an undeniable fact that the versatility and utility of a track loader makes it a popular sight everywhere. It is no wonder why numerous companies keep these trusty vehicles as backbones of their operating construction fleet and main source of load moving.

Tracked loaders have gone through a history of transformations. The first models were designed from track tractors with main difference being the loader system. At that time, they were very similar to bulldozers. Implementing the integrated hydraulic system was the first major change, which provided a significant boost in power. Another improvement came with the hydrostatic drive system.

Since then, track loaders have been developed in compact size, to meet the ever expanding needs of construction work and moving heavy loads. In order to provide compact track loaders an edge on the field, McLaren presents a wide range of tracks. Whether it is the highest quality TDF tracks or the heavy-duty Next Generation tracks, every compact track loader can perform better and last longer on work with the help of the right tracks. It is especially important to equip the machine with high quality tracks, regardless if it’s involved in part time work or is used as full time work horse. The following tracks are fit for every environment – standard and harsh – and every need.

  • NextGen TDF Rubber Tracks – these rubber tracks have been specially developed for compact track loaders. This means that they are different from the popular excavator tracks, usually used for track loaders after resizing. CTL rubber tracks provide superior durability to even the most powerful of track loaders. The secret lies within the unique rubber compound formula of McLaren’s tracks, which increases their service by up to 50%. These tracks are designed with the SpoolRite Belting Technology – single continuous, non-overlapping jointless steel belt. This design removes any weak points in the structure, as there is only one continuous steel cable, with no chance of track break. This easily makes McLaren’s SpoolRite™ belting technology top tier track structure. Another important characteristic of these tracks is that they have multiple lugs per pitch profile, along with double offset tread. This minimizes vibration and contributes to a smooth ride. With the CCQS™ (Crack and Cut Quarantine System), these are not prone to cuts and cracks, as their growth is contained by a series of lug-bars within narrow space. Longer work life at maximum engine capacity is guaranteed that way. The NextGen TDF series represent the best OEM approved CTL rubber tracks for all customers. The NextGen TDF tracks come in size varying between 320 and 450 mm width.
  • NextGen TURF Rubber Tracks – the TURF series of McLaren’s CTL rubber tracks are designed with a smooth tread for reduced ground pressure. Thanks to their light footprint, these tracks are no threat to delicate turf areas or any irrigation systems located immediately underneath the surface. These tracks are the ideal solution for parks, golf courses or any other landscape that features turf. The SpoolRite™ belting technology is also applied with these tracks, making them strong and protected against track brake. The TURF series rubber tracks also come in orange non-marking rubber compound option. The size of the tracks is 450mm wide. Thanks to the smart design, the NextGen Turf Series are preferred as best value for the money option in comparison to any other rubber tracks.
  • Next Generation CTL Tracks – these tracks improve the performance of track loaders even when used on harsh terrain. The SpoolRite Belting Technology makes them reliable and enhances their durability. They are made of rubber compound that is highly resistant to wear and come with a secure rubber to metal bonding. With different tread patterns to optimize traction and minimize vibrations coupled with short-pitch design, these tracks fare significantly better against other tracks during OEM tests. The size of the tracks can vary between 180 – 450 mm width.
  • Maximizer CTL Rubber Tracks – the Maximizer Series represents the best cost effective option for aftermarket CTL rubber tracks. These tracks are well-regarded for the fact that they use 30% more rubber in comparison to other tracks. This, along with the continuous reinforced steel belt provides maximum life of the tracks and best value for the money. Maximizer series are an affordable option for any track loader. Size ranging from 180mm to 450mm width.
